Anyone know why Kat Mertsch DNF'ed?

    Aerodynamics stuff

Not sure that is 100% true. Understable discs are designed for the Center of Pressure to be on the backside of the disc at their relative cruising speed which is why they turn easily.

    First form check!

Keep your head up, swing under your head.

    Aerodynamics stuff

From what I think I understand, the pitched attitude(relative to ground/horizon) from release doesn't change. The AoA changes due to change in relative airflow direction as the disc rises or falls. So as the disc is falling the relative airflow is more upward so the relative nose is more up...

Putting my arm by my side lets me throw nose down, with less wobble. Why?

I agree with the disturbance in the force/balance. I call it the Marc Jarvis off arm, hand leveraging on thigh. If you look at vid behind tee I think your shoulder is swinging behind(right/east) your knee instead of out over it(left/west). So you are too upright or leaning back, instead of...

    First form check!

Try max supination at top of backswing more like PP/Eliezra, so that you are not supinating into power pocket.

    I can BARELY break 300'

    1. Turn your front foot slightly open. This should help keep your hip braced behind your ankle/knee. I think it also causes you to jump up instead of pivoting thru more level. 2. It looks like you extend your elbow way early and throwing downward into the ground instead of throwing forward out...

    RHBH 300 Ft Max

Need more Figure 8 Motion/walk backwards in the backswing moving your whole body counter clockwise behind your ankle. Note in behind view how your head/shoulder is way over your ankle. https://www.dgcoursereview.com/threads/standstill-figure-8-motion-pattern.146316/

    Tech disc test driven development

Think he only had 2 throws register as anhyzer one was the max speed 65mph with 4 degrees anhyzer. The other was 2 degrees 59mph.

    Tech disc test driven development

I've had the suspicion that if you try to throw flat or level, pronation won't go nose down, it seems to work better on higher trajectory hyzers.

ThighMaster move from DG Spin Doctor

Yes, you still hip hinge posture on all shots. The balance of the tilted spiral changes to the shot. I think Simon would say he was throwing flat there, but it's slightly hyzer. Most top pros throw about 20 degrees hyzer for what they consider "flat"...

    Tech disc test driven development

Threw the TD some with Sewerbill Sat night after playing first round and building a new teepad (may have been intoxicated). Sewerbill can throw about 500' LHBH, generally throwing 50-100' further than me. He maxed at 65mph and I maxed at 61mph. My initial prediction that I'd have higher spin...

ThighMaster move from DG Spin Doctor

Not sure you ever saw my response to one of your other posts on the subject: I think a lot of the confusion is based on that you seem to be using a Free Rotation of Rigid Body definition that is Not stable or fixed or Braced to the ground, like throwing in outer space. In a throw we are Braced...
