Grip EQ new bag designs: AX4, BX2, CS2

Mostly the lack of any solid structure. It doesn't stand up very well. It stretches out pretty easily too. For some that might be great, but I don't want to have to buy more discs for them to stay upright properly. Also since there is no internal support structure the discs push on the pockets...

Grip EQ new bag designs: AX4, BX2, CS2

So how are you guys liking the water bottle storage on the CS2? Seeing that they switched to stretch pockets makes me want a BX2, but I'm more of a casual player and that jump up is probably pretty pointless for me. I have a Pinch V2 right now and have quite a few gripes about it, but it is a...

DGA Mach II vs DD Patriot

Anyone have any opinions on which of these is the better option. I will have to take apart the basket after each use. It looks like the Mach 2 might be better for this. Unless it has those same small screws the Patriot has to stop any wobble. I’d love to go nuts and get a Veteran or Mach X but...

How do players throw spin putts so straight with that kind of speed?

Well I got my basket yesterday! Pretty much going to go off of Eagles plan. https://youtu.be/lQKfmR2hW_U Make 50 straight from 15'. Or 10' if you're a bad putter.

Those of you with a Recruit basket, what are your thoughts?

Got my basket today and it's amazing. It's 100% a course level basket and it catches great!. The only thing that sucked was getting the chain assembly on. It slides freely up and down the pole and is pretty heavy. You probably want a helper to not destroy your hands.

How do players throw spin putts so straight with that kind of speed?

I just have to make sure I do both. Putting skill is useless if it takes to many to approach. I'm not terrible, but my distance is definitely causing an extra stroke right now.

How do players throw spin putts so straight with that kind of speed?

Yeah I have a lot to learn. I'm only 4 months in and 1 of those months I didn't play. I'm getting better though. Basket is arriving tomorrow. I plan on putt practice A LOT. Then I need to figure out driving distance. One step at a time. I just thought putting was much easier of the two to practice.

I honestly haven't been gripping it much different than I do on a backhand.

Is it just lots and lots of practice? Any time I try to throw it hard I end up way left or right.

[Dynamic] Classic Blend durability is awful. Anyone else have problems with it?

Classic Soft is actually my favorite for the Judge besides Fuzion for throwing. On Friday I actually picked up 5 judges for practice. I now have 7 to putt practice with. I'll still give the Blend a chance. I did like how it putted. So I have 3 CS, 2 SS, and 2 Blend.

It was a Discatcher pro. They're older on this course so it's probably sharp. I still love my Judge. After a pick up today I actually have 7 of them to practice with. 2 SS, 3 CS, and 2 Blend. Just felt disappointed on this blend gouging so quickly.

I did not expect it to be this bad at all. First time trying it and after 20 minutes of putting my brand new disc looked like this. My classic soft was perfectly fine. I'm assuming Super Soft would also be fine. I haven't tried prime or regular classic yet.

Those of you with a Recruit basket, what are your thoughts?

If that's been good to you for 3 years I hope the same for a Patriot. If I really wanted to I could go Veteran but it just feels overboard for a portable. For a permanent install I would 100% choose it. The Patriot and Veteran have the same warranty too, so that's giving me piece of mind on...

Those of you with a Recruit basket, what are your thoughts?

Sorry for the double post. Can't edit my last one. After reading up on what galvanized actually means I've decided to go for the Patriot. A Veteran would be nice, but I'm not paying another $100 for the differences that come with that. At that point I only see it worth it for a permanent install...

I've honestly been debating it. I just can't find enough information to know if that $100 is really worth it. Guess I'll see what I do when I get paid.
