Has best of both worlds. Long open holes and some very tight wooded holes. Few wooded holes are tough. Tough holes for RH LH throwers.
No Tpads yet so it can be slippery in morning and in rain. Not finished, they are still trimming wooded holes so some don't really have a fairway.

technical 9-hole
all woods 9 hole course. Only 1 and 9 are fairly open. Close to town, well laid out design.Many technical shots required off the tee and depending where your drive may land, more shot shaping is in your future.
No good long driving holes.
