A course in decline
As already mentioned-good terrain change, good mix of left, right, open and narrow shots. Mix of wooded and open holes. Many holes have well thought out catch placements. The elevation changes make for a vigorous walk.

A must play course
Ditto comments from other reviewers. I would add that the it appears the course gets some regular maintenance...last few times it seems its been cleaned up a bit more. Good variety of holes for left and right handed players. Its mostly wooded but there are a few open holes...

Good course going bad
A wide variety of layouts and terrain. Open shots, wooded, elevation changes etc...this could be a really good course.
Catch on hole 11 is still missing. No T-pad on 13 and 15, several pads are covered in mud. This course needs some work.
