I like the way the course is spread out over a large area. Some of the courses I've played seem like they jammed them together too tightly. This course is spacious.

Creekside in Holladay Utah
The trees and the creek make for some tough approaches. On the day we went, the tee placement for some of the shots made birdies almost impossible, which we liked.
The course criss-crosses in places and not all the pads are labeled so you might find yourself confused...

Solitude
The atmosphere is wonderful. We went on a Thursday when the lift wasn't running. We had to hike up but we had the whole course to ourselves. It was fantastic. We had hawks screeching to each other on the way up and tons of chipmunks and prairie dogs running around checking us out...
