Wish I lived nearby!
New teepads are grippy and long.
Signage is great. You can even grab a map at either of the two parking areas.
Holes are generally wooded but not silly, there's always a reasonable line or two. Also, there is quite a bit of variety with length, turn and elevation.

Clearly marked. Very well maintained (clean+). Very good tee pads. Incredible scenery.
Holes presented lots of challenges with plenty of variation.
Hole 3 was particularly fun with a shortish (bhrh) hyzer out over the canyon and back...

A challenge and a pleasure
Tee pads were good. Signage and directions were good. The recently acquired riding mower has been put to excellent use by creating nice fairways. The long grass in the rough still swallows discs so it's no walk in the park.

Fun course
Default course great for learning. Some very short holes. But some technical shots required. Alternate layouts can be challenging for distance and technical. Usually not too crowded. The regulars are quite friendly.
