Cool Little Course
Amazingly, they got 9 holes in there! Lots of precision shots through the little pine trees. If you need work on your approach game, this is a good place to get it. Tees pads and signage were excellent. With a little playing time on this course I could see someone throwing...

Brand new course.
Lots of long holes, but very challenging because of the trees. Brand new tee-pads (concrete). Challenging at any level. Hole 7 gets an interesting breeze off the bay, which makes even putting a challenge.
No signage (yet). Only 9 holes, but they used the space well.
