Great for teaching
Great for teaching beginners or kids. 2 Cement Tees per hole. (am and pro) you can play the 9 twice alternating tees to make 18 if you want. I take my son and wife there to play a lot because it's a short course and they are not long throwers.

Been a long time
Lots of variety. Wide open fields to tight fairways. Well maintained and lots of very challenging holes. There are quite a few holes that you start blind off the tee makes it fun and challenging. Also lots of right dog legs to challenge us right handed players.

Small but fun
