Fun, easy to navigate, offers many different types of sorry. Great for beginners. Shorter holes. Not much water. It is not likely that you will lose a disc.
The holes are short. They will not allow long throws, except for a couple of holes.

Boring
It is wide open. There are not many obstacles. The last few holes are near water, so you have to be careful, but the rest of the holes are clear. There are very few trees. Most shots are straight shots to the hole.
It is boring. If there were more trees it would make you play around...
