Length of Course - Not too Long not too short
Hole Difficulty - Holes aren't too long so you don't have to have a ton of distance to be competitive.
Cons:
Poorly Marked - Not every hole is marked on the tee box. If you don't know the course you will NEVER find the 12th tee box...
