Not overwhelmingly busy for location (on weekdays)
Highway/Roads on both sides with loud traffic
Terrible bushes/terrain to loose a disc.
WATCH OUT on every throw, even the shortest of throws can be lost in a flash. Also dont let your Frisbee go...
