You're right, I guess just the sheer amount of rollers I saw in 1st rd coverage bothered me. For a third of the round it's who can lay down a roller the best.

I personally wasn't thrilled that 1/3rd of the tee shots at Moraine were rollers. I enjoy wooded courses and thought Moraine was a very beautiful and fun looking course but it just didn't seem like a good representation of the true skill of the competitors. Everyone is down on the wide open...

Just curious how people feel about the pro's ITB vids. I'd like to see what they actually throw during rounds because sometimes I feel they advertise discs as being in the bag but they never actually use them. Anyone else have thought on this? I especially enjoy the vid coverage of tourneys...

Thanks for all the replies, sometimes I shy away from solo rounds but now as I look back they were some of the most peaceful and truly fun rounds I've had. I also tend to throw many shots in solo rounds, it seems more fun to be able to see al the new plastic you never throw in tourneys get put...

I sometimes feel discouraged playing solo rounds, mostly because I'm shooting well and there's no one to see! haha

Title pretty much speaks for itself, I play solo rounds a lot, mostly due to not having many dedicated discing friends. How are your solo rounds different?

Nashville, TN area has lots of great courses around, not a terrible drive to any of the other mentioned places for destination DG and has a low cost of living with population high enough to be a big city

I had a cryztal zone for a long time, it always seemed to give the same 2ft little hop and sit but that just may have been that disc. For this shot now I'm just powering down a firebird.

Zone always has that little baby hop. I need something that's going to have the huge flare up that the FB does. Maybe that type of skip is exclusive to drivers?
