Not bad at all
- Very nice concrete tee pads.
- Some challenging baskets.
- Easy access
- Great signs.
- You need to throw perfectly straight for most holes.
- Hole 12 is a bad joke. A right turn down a walking path.

- Great for a quick game if you are passing through to Burlington.
- Neighbors helped us find a tee.
- Good baskets.
- Every hole is flat and some are hard to find at all.
- A course map is a must.

If it wasn't for that tree....
- Good baskets
- Variation in holes.
- Nice soccer field to practice drive on at the end.
- First few holes are very woody. Use your cheap discs.
- Signs seem faded or disappeared.
- Lots of beer cans. I carry mine out, why can't you?
