Let me bask in my snooping glory!
In all seriousness though, i wonder what effect this will have on pro DG. less handshake deals and more legitimate contracts? more sponsorships by having a (seemingly) legit marketing company selling DG to companies outside the sport? Will be interesting to see.
A couple mins of googling seems to indicate that the company is owned/managed in some way by someone named Sam Hassell and his company United Marketing Initiatives Inc. based out of NC.
ill chime in on the teebird thing. theyre great forehand as long as you dont try to torque them. just throw em flat with snap and a smooth throw and they will go straight and far.
how are you guys sleeping on the destroyer? IMO its the best of all the super fast discs. get a star one, beat it in a little, then for max distance throw it flat and let it flip and come back. and a SDS star destroyer before it gets beat up is good for long hyzers. its pretty versatile for a...
back when i first started, i only threw forehand and tomahawk and i found a groove and started using it and my only driver. for tomahawks, the thing absolutely bombs, though i didnt think it was good at shaping lines because it was so overstable. forehand, it was long with hard fade for me. i...
i agree about the trackers.
i had an X tracker a couple years ago (just lost it earlier this year) and it was super straight with dependable fade. then it got beat in an i got an ESP tracker, and to be honest it was pretty overstable for me.
my x tracker, even when new, was money for flex...
ill keep working!
it just gets frustrating because ive been playing for about 4 or so years, seriously for almost 3. youd think i would be better than i am. my game is coming around pretty well and im shooting some of my best golf ever the past few weeks. but its just frustrating that i cant...
i have tried the drill, but when i try to put it together into a full throw, i just cant seem to get the disc into the right position. maybe im just rushing the whole process. but i just didnt know what im supposed to do in the actual reachback and up until the hit.
i guess thats where my thinking was wrong. in order to avoid strong arming it, i kept my arm as loose as i could.
so, drop my shoulder more and turn my shoulders more. kind of like windong my core up into the correct position? and keep my upper arm more ridgid, but my lower arm still loose. so...
that makes sense to me. finally.
so seemingly, as long as i keep doing what im doing, just with more shoulder turn, that should bring the disc in to my pec?
was just thinking.
maybe this would all be fixed if i fixed the not getting my shoulders angled away from the target as much. seems like if the disc was farther out, when i rotated, that would bring the disc in closer to my pec instead of at my left shoulder.
maybe i am doing it right, just...
