Need signs
Looks like a lot of elevation changes, good baskets, and intersting layout
No signs, it took me and eh person who came with walking the course and still getting confused three holes in.
If the would invest some time in to putting signs in it would be a great course and I'd rate it higher.

Review
Good baskets, mixture of holes, and can be played in about 20min.
Holes 1 and 8 are tough because of trees, I almost lost my mid range to evergreens on both holes, not very well marked.
I'd suggest you walk the course first and ring bug spray. Great if your running short on time
