Got it for 2 1/2 years now and it's starting to fall apart.
I used it a lot in the last month in all kinds of weather.
Now the bottle holder seam is opening up a little and the coating on the inner side is peeling away slowly.
Still a good buy and the bag is still holding together very firm with...
yea, that's what I thought about as well!
Sadly I had no chance of getting more APX's for putting neither reef's for approaches here in Germany ;E!
APX's beat in pretty fast so you had no chance to use them for approaching except some crazy hyzer-flip sky shots or similar ;D
A fresh Mako3 in star or a g* MD3 would work just fine!
Mako3 is pretty beadless while a MD3 has a little bead.
Throw them both myself and switched from Roc's/Roc3's.
Cheers
Always depends on arm speed, spin and stuff.
For me my G-line MD3, Star Teebird and one of my Star Destroyers work perfect for laser shots for like 275/325/375ft ;)!
(Also used to throw a G* Mako3 but it's lately flippin' too much :))
review
Hey guys,
I just wanted to write a (small) review for those thinking about buying one of those bags.
I ordered this bag about a year ago and was lucky to get it shipped for free to germany because I know a american based in germany.
In the beginning I built had a PVC frame (from...
small not true to scale draft of my frame.
connected the PVC with cable ties (drilled little holes in the PVC).
Took me 30 Minutes to cut and connect 'em..
I'm also using the APX soft as my main putter since I got it in my "Starter Pack" with a Buzz and a XL..
Don't like the durability though.
Anyone here who's thrown the Elite Pro APX?
How does it fly and how fast does it beat in?
Keep the APX alive guys
Got mine 2 weeks ago.
Took a while getting it shipped over a friends APO, traveling its way to germany.
Love it so far, just have to add a PVC frame the next days and I'm fulfilled ;)
