Nice reviews for Bailey and Conifer! The course is rented from the local school district and they won't allow concrete tee-pads as they have seasonal cattle grazing there. The donation goes to pay rent. Concrete would be amazing, but it can't/won't happen sadly.
As for Conifer, they are installing both an 18 hole putter course and an 18 hole Gold level course in addition to the one you played. So the price went up, but big things are in store!
