    Other info

    Started playing DG in 1983 while in college at the old Sherando Park in Stephens City, VA. Moved to Northern VA in 1987 and hooked up with a bunch of players while working in the restaurant scene in Old Alexandria. Started touring as an Adv. AM in 1991. Invite to AM Worlds in 1992 but didn't go cause work wouldn't let me off. (Stupid Fish Market!) Went Pro in 1993. Start teaching in the public schools in 1994 and fell out of the game often playing only once or twice a year. Was recently inspired to play again thanks to a little course called Giles Run. Played first tournament in years Fall 2008. Currently addicted to anything Disc Golf and seeking rehab. : p

    Good Morning! My name is Jason Hilbert and I played Giles Run on Saturday and lost 2 discs on my journey. I'm from out of town and go back to California on Thursday the 30th. My number is on the discs and I have family in Fairfax that could pick up the discs if they are ever found!

    Disc 1 - Clear Cryztal Buzzz (I know, I know...clear)...lost on number 2 between fencing and rec tee in bushes on left.

    Disc 2 - Orange Nuke in thorns by front corner of lake on 6

    Both discs say "J.A. Hilbert 408-391-3201"

    Sorry I did not see your message before I left for Giles. After Friday at 5pm I did not turn my computer back on! I got to Giles around 9:40am, It was my first visit there. Played one round on short tees & baskets to get familiar with the course then played 1-7 on short tee, long baskets. Nice course but I did leave there with a few thorns in my leg! Question for you. Not sure you will know but Why is that wooded area between 7 & 8 not utilized for a few holes?

    Yes, I saw that, pretty cool! I'm going to try a new coarse while I'm in NC and practice my distance throwing at the farm so I can place higher in Arlington next week. Happy Easter!

    Hey Bud! I see your scheduled to play Sherando on Sunday at 9:30! I'm actually heading out there tomorrow for a couple rounds. Too bad I won't be back on Sunday, otherwise I'd be BT challenge you. Hope the rain holds out for your game.

    It's been one helllll of a week!! I called in sick on Monday worked tuesday UPS closed on Wednesday and thursday and today were hard. It's behind me now and I look forward to lots of Sunny days to come! Hope all is well.

    You know what, I played with Tom this morning. He said, "I don't know anyone named Dan". Haha I wonder who it was, I know pretty much all the regulars. All 3 of us. lol I wonder who it was. Yes, I definitely will! I'd love to get back up into the DC area again! Be safe in all of that snow!
