This is a Very short course, you can play two or three games in a day or if you want to squeez in a quick game you can. Good location, if you need to go get something to eat or drink its right there. The people are usually nice as well

Very tight, and you can louse a disc easily, hole two is can be easy to just toss it off into the woods.

This has a great chance of becoming a great course. the more people play and the more it gets broken in ti will get better and better. If beginners start on this course it will force them to learn how to handle their discs. there is only really one hole for long drives tho. I enjoyed it and will go back every time i go to MSU for any thing.

It's a disc golf course.

Poorly maintained, getting poison ivy is a pretty strong possibility, very short- even for beginners.

This was my first and last time to play this course. Maybe I gave this course such a bad review just because I've been spoiled with the nicer courses in/around Tupelo.

Very rarely packed, therefore not much waiting time at the tees.. Also a short course, making it easy to sneak in a round... If you're shooting well this can be a fun course to play...

On the other hand... this course can be a major B*$#@... dense woods make up a very unforgiving rough... also the keep up of the course is pretty poor... a good winter and fall course... the summer is pitiful...

Short walking so it can be played fairly quickly. Somewhat easy for novices being it has the short "white" tees and yet challenging for the advanced players with the "maroon" tees.

Pretty easy to lose a disc in the underbrush that is around the course. There is a pretty big poison ivy chance out there even though I am lucky and don't have to worry about that stuff.

Remember that the Maroon tees are the harder ones. White is easy.

Good Chainstar baskets by Discraft. Great use of a small piece of land that was given by the college for a disc golf course. Great use of elevation, with lots of unique and interesting shots, that will test your full skill set. There are long open holes, short tight holes, both easy and difficult.

Being on a college campus, the course gets lots of play, with a lot of them being newer players. There are 2 sets of tees on every hole, with the shorter tees being mainly for the many newcomers who are likely trying disc golf for the first time.

The tees are natural and there are no benches. Although there are short tees, this is a very difficult course for newer players simply because it is so tough to play. Tough as in, thick underbrush, with lots of briars, cedar trees, and a few bodock trees. Getting off the fairway too much on most holes is a big no-no.

There are no bathrooms or running water. Last I checked nobody sells discs nearby, although you can rent discs at the Sanderson Center.

This is a challenging course from the long tees, that can be fun to play, but can also be very frustrating. Several baskets are tucked in the woods just to the point to where a good shot that is just barely short or long, will not have a putt. The course designers did a great job considering they were given the piece of land last on their want list. I look forward to playing this course in a few years as the heavy play of the college students continue to open the course up, to make it less punishing to play, or as disc golf continues to grow and the college decides to put a little more effort into making it a nice course.
