Love the course! 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 20, 2017 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

Clean, not very busy, pet friendly, challenging

Cons:

None

Other Thoughts:

Fairly new to disc golf, but I really like this course even though it is pretty technical. I am learning how to really work my disc around doglegs.
I have not had any of the negative issues that people seem to be writing about.

Tight and Friendly 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:May 13, 2017 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

Pro shop stocked with a ton of Innova gear: Discs, bags and portable baskets. The guy who runs the place always has some type of give away drawing, you get your name in the jar each visit! I think he's retired and does this just for the enjoyment of the sport. Always been friendly to my friends and I.
Dog friendly, well maintained, extremely clean. This place will challenge you. Its very technical, if you can't place your shots, you'll get frustrated. Trash cans and benches on every hole

Cons:

You don't get that one good "grip it and rip it" open hole. The course always demands precision.

Other Thoughts:

$6 all day seems like a good deal to me. They also have deals for kids under 12 and a family night with discounts for the parents (Maybe free for the kids? I don't remember)

Spend your time elsewhere 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 5, 2014 Played the course:2-4 times

Cons:

There are many Cons for this course and no real standout Pros.

The owner isn't too friendly. He's an insincere style of friendly. Almost like customer service where you know they're faking it. I didn't enjoy my time talking with him, starting from when he had me stand there while he was on hold for 2+ minutes on the phone

The course is okay, but it's not fun and doesn't have anything great about it. You can tell it's not designed, owned or operated by someone who truly loves or 'gets' DG. It's more like a product or business to generate revenue and that's it.

There's an absurd amount of "DO NOT" signs or signage making sure you know the million things you're not supposed to do here. (Such as obvious stuff like littering, swearing loudly, etc) It's not a very warm or welcoming environment.

The signs for each hole are the worst that you could imagine. The distances are off, and the paths/basket locations couldn't be more incorrect - sometimes even the opposite of what they really are!

Other Thoughts:

I played this course a few times to give it a true, fair shake, but I won't be back. Dragan course is located around 10 minutes away and you'll get 10 times the fun and enjoyment in. I wouldn't recommend this course unless the owner addressed my above concerns and improved many things.

scary owner 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 8, 2012 Played the course:once

Pros:

nice course

Cons:

the owner insulted us in a profane and frankly scarey way. Even after he knew his bizarre allegations were false he continued to insult us. He did refund our money. I will never return.

Other Thoughts:

this mans insults were so outrageous that if this were 1850 i would of slapped him with a leather glove

Good Course. But too many trees 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Aug 22, 2012 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

Vary challenging and well maintained course. Good environment. Baskets are old, But still in good shape!

Cons:

A bit too many trees fore my taste. The par's are a bit unreasonably low in my opinion as well. However, I guess that just makes it more of a challenge.

Other Thoughts:

The entire course is in the woods. So accuracy is a must. It would be nice if they took out a few trees. But over all Campbell is still a solid course that I have, and will return to on occasion.

I won't be playing here again 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 16, 2012 Played the course:once

Pros:

Baskets are great!

Cons:

Signs are misleading, shows the basket being in one spot when it is actually COMPLETELY opposite of where it is. O.B. here is ridiculous, very few lanes to hit, and if you get a kick of any kind you go O.B.

Other Thoughts:

I have played a lot of different courses and some were not good, but this one takes the cake for being the worst course I have ever played. You would be better off playing at Dragan Field 2 miles from here. Don't waste your time on this course.

Cons:

No real nice, long open holes (you know you got to wrench out your arm occasionally)

Other Thoughts:

I'd love to see them offer Hot Dogs on the weekend.

Well maintained! 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 15, 2009 Played the course:once

Pros:

Perfectly maintained. Benches, trash cans, concrete tees at every hole. Smoking areas. Great scenic course!

Cons:

The roped off out of bounds areas are pretty close on some holes but that just makes it more challenging.

Other Thoughts:

Great course, can't wait to play again
