Renovated and reworked in 2014
Well marked tee boxes
Interesting terrain
Short but technical play on a few holes
Wildlife present depending on time of day and season

Cons:
Some holes will be walking through cheatgrass, wear boots, pants, or socks you don't mind throwing away.
Waste water plant in close proximity, but does not smell and dirt works keeps plant out of sight except marked fences.

Other Thoughts:
This is not a city park grass course, so terrain, trees, even the ground itself is a factor to keep in mind.
