mountain course with awesome views. you dont have to pay to play, no riding up on a lift. lots of amenities at resort center.

lots of up and down. up, down, up, down, updown, updown.....in other words, too much up and down.

The course starts off near the plaza in the center of Copper Mtn. Ski resort. it plays up, then you come back down, then back up again. that is why i dont give it a better rating than a 3.0. At that altitude, once you get up there you shouldnt ever have to come back down....and then go back up! There is room on that mountain to get a loop going that goes up and comes down, once, with 18 holes. one round will wear you out, two rounds is what you call a tournament and youd better be playing for money or its just not worth it. If I was younger i might find this course more appealing, but at close to 50 it becomes too indimidating.

This course is crazy. Great views. Sick pin locations. Great variety with insane elevation changes.

You'll be worn out after walking this entire course. Takes about 2 hours to play.

Fun course. Very challenging for a first time player as well as course regulars.
