This is not a course. 2+ years drive by

Pros:

There are baskets in the ground. Hopefully the school kids get a chance to play in gym.

Cons:

This should not be listed as a public course. It's simply a few baskets around a track.

Other Thoughts:

If I lived in the neighborhood and just wanted to throw a few frisbees around or practice putting, then I suppose it doesn't hurt to have a few baskets nearby, otherwise I don't think there's any use for this *course*.
