Pros:

There were some really cool elevation changes on this course. Hole #2 and the long tee for hole #5 (the only alt tee I could find)were both elevated tees and long drives to the pin. The park has some interesting geography towards the back and the course uses it well.

Cons:

The tees were difficult to find. They are just boards in the ground with no signs at all. The baskets are numbered, which helps, but initial navigation is a problem. Once you figure out the layout it flows fairly well but it takes some effort to puzzle out at first.
Somewhere between tee 6 and basket 7, there appears to be a missing hole. I could not find a basket numbered for 6 or another tee to play to the basket numbered 7 so 6 played across the marsh to basket 7 which actually was a pretty neat hole as such. But it ended up as only 8 holes.

Other Thoughts:

As a park course, I thought there was a lot of potential here. With just the addition of some signs and navigation aids,(and the missing hole) this could come close to a 3 rating. Concrete pads and a couple of benches would solidify that 3.

Good tough course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Mar 19, 2010 Played the course:5+ times

Pros:

many different holes, 9 holes, only one 3 holes with objects in the way, good terrain workout. big hill on back side has railroad ties for an easy climb, bench stopping point on top of hill on back side of park

Cons:

thorns in the wooded area, horriable drainage in middle of corse, no major markers for toe boards, the park doesnt have the best history,

Other Thoughts:

could have laid out course around the poor draining of the creek or atleast put in a bridge

Only 8 Holes 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jun 18, 2009 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

Grass is always cut and maintained. Not a lot of people playing so its mostly empty. Elevation changes, water (creek), and tight fairways.

Cons:

No tee signs or pads. Hard to navigate unless you have the map. Currently only 8 baskets. Some fairways on back of course are overgrown.

Other Thoughts:

This course has potential. You can find the map at pdga's course directory and follow the link on there. When are they going to have tournaments here again??

Could not find a Basket 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Dec 13, 2008 Played the course:once

Pros:

None! There was no baskets anywhere in sight.

Cons:

I found the park and the sign said there was a 9 hole disc golf course, However I could not find it.

Other Thoughts:

The area looks like a flood area and the outer edge was over grown.
