Pros:
taking the chairlift up is nice. the views are incredible. The holes are challenging and diverse. the 1050 hole is AWESOME. I have never seen anything like it. Just look at the pictures.
My drive probably went 800 ft. Unfortunately the wind took it into the woods and it vanished. But still cool.

Cons:
the chairlift is about 20 minutes. But its worth it.
We could not navigate to a couple holes. the map could use some work.
There were more bugs there than I would ever want to play with again. My friend wanted to quit. They were flying into his ears and biting until they were bleeding. Nasty black flies.

Other Thoughts:
definitely worth the minimal lift fee.

Great location, OK course 2+ years drive by

Pros:
To an east-coaster like me, this course is quite unique. It is at the top of the Snow Bowl ski area, which means the views are phenomenal. Also, because it is a few miles out of town (and up a chairlift), crowds are not a problem (even though we went on a beautiful Friday afternoon). The unique location and views account for a good deal of this course's appeal.
As for the course, there is a good amount of variability in the holes. Some are heavily-wooded, some wide-open, some flat, and some with a great deal of elevation change.
Hole #7 is 1050 feet, down the middle of a ski slope, and wide enough that you can huck as hard as you want with (little) fear of going into the woods.
The course lay-out is pretty good, with minimal walking between the hole and the next tee. Course map is fairly accurate.
Course is also fairly challenging for good players without being too hard for beginners (I went with a first-timer).
Good baskets (I don't know what brand, but they were professional quality).

As this course is at the top of a ski mountain, most people will choose to take the ski lift to the top (which is $7). This was fun for my group, but I can see how it might be annoying if you wanted to play this course a lot.
Some holes are a bit too wooded, and even in the "wide-open" areas, it is sometimes difficult to finds discs (small trees, tall grass, shrubs).
The tees are dirt, and footing on one or two was less than ideal.
Bugs - I suggest you wear long pants and bring bugspray.

Other Thoughts:
This course in my mind is defined by its location, which provides great views and gives the course good elevation changes. The overall upkeep of the course is a little less than ideal, but is expected based on this being a ski area for much of the year. I definitely recommend playing this course at least once just because it is so different.
