Pros:
This course gives you a great opportunity to test your accuracy on longer, wide open shots. The elevation changes create some interesting challenges. Some of the targets are like giant wind chimes, points for artistic creativity. I believe they are made from avalanche control mortar shell casings.
Cons:
There are virtually no trees in play on the course, making for a fairly bland overall experience. This is a fault of the site, not the inherent course layout. Built on what feels like a barren, scrub-covered gravel quarry.
Other Thoughts:
Its been a while since I played there, so the course may be different from when I was there last. I remember my arm being sore after just one round, so the distance on the holes was decent, definitely a course to 'grip it and rip it'. There are some shots into and out of the forest around the edges of the wide open central area, which helped create some variety.
