Prettiest 9 holer you ever played 2+ years drive by

Pros:
This course is on the private campus of USAA, and you must be an employee or guest of an employee to play here. The company is serious about controlling access to their facilities, and once you get in you can REALLY see why.
"Well maintained" doesn't even begin to describe how beautiful this place is. The course is along and around a little pond, next to tennis courts, softball field, paved and sand volleyball courts, covered pavillions with benches and outdoor fans, stone lined brooks, and outdoor grilling areas. The landscaping and grounds are flawless.
Parking is great, and I recommend using the small lot at the corner of Lakeside and Mesquite to be close to #1. You can also park over by the softball fields to be at #9.
There are plenty of places to stop and rest, and it's scenic enough that you'll want to. There are water fountains around on the grounds, though the only specific location I can remember is between 8 and 9. There are restrooms just up the stairs to the northwest of the #1 fairway. There's also a restroom next to the #1 basket.
There is a course map with distances at the main gym.
The teepads are dirt, but the course is so seldom played and well maintained that they're the best dirt teepads I've stepped on.
You will have this course to yourself. We happened to run into two USAA employees (Alan and Chuck, super nice guys!) who showed us around and played through with us once. Everyone here, thrower or not, is super friendly.
The course is simplistic but not boring. There are no tunnel shots, but holes 2, 3, 8, and 9 are tight with trees. Several of the holes are very short, but there are enough hills and vegetation to make most of them interesting.
Holes 1, 6, and 7 are long enough for an experience player to let it go. This is a pitch and putt, though, make no mistake. It is a very pretty and well maintained pitch and putt.
For newbies, like my wife who played this course with me, it's a very fun course that won't make a disc disappear.

#1 is tough to find at first. The walk from #1 to #2 is not intuitive (it's across the short parking lot by the basket for #1). After #7 turn right and go behind the trees to find #8.

Other Thoughts:
If you can get in, it's a relaxing and scenic place to play 9 holes. You can get around twice in under an hour with ease. I definitely recommend the place if you have a chance.
Also, this place is always green, because they recycle the water they use to keep the grounds lush through their pond and creeks on the grounds so that USAA does not draw out of the Aquifer. The upside is drought restrictions don't apply to them, so this place will never be dusty and dead.
