Not really a disc golf course 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Jul 24, 2016 Played the course:once

Pros:

Good practise for kids at the attached school, good way to grow the sport.

Cons:

Only has 8 holes using 4 baskets. I found the layout hard to follow. No tee pads, no challenge at all.

Other Thoughts:

This is not a disc golf course but if you live real close and just want to practise, it does serve a purpose.

neat 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Sep 8, 2011 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

Neat little course that forces you to throw some doglegs. A couple holes are 300+ feet.

Cons:

Only 8 holes, at least two holes are <200 feet with no obstacles. No tee markers other than the signs.

Other Thoughts:

Awesome if it's in your backyard, but it's nothing I would drive very far for.

Keep pushing the sport! 2+ years drive by

Pros:

Installed for the kids, as Disc Golf was added to the PhysEd program. Lots of wide open space for driving practice. The basket closest to the playground is between 3 small trees, nice spot for a little putting practice.

Cons:

Not so much of an actual course, just a basic back and forth in the field behind the playground.

Other Thoughts:

I think it is awesome that the schools are beginning to introduce our sport to kids in gym class. It is a wonderfull game that will only continue to grow throughout the world.
