Good! 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Jul 15, 2018 Played the course:once

Pros:

Short, easy, good introductory course, new baskets (Patriots in 2018). Not much to say, definitely beginner level.

Cons:

Short, few obstacles. Grass tees.

Other Thoughts:

Glad it is here! Fun to come down from Metigoshe and play.

Forestry Park 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Updated: Played on:Nov 3, 2020 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

Updated the course with a new layout. Grass tee boxes with new signs. The baskets are Patriot from DD. Some holes are more technical, then other holes. They added a practiced putting basket. They have score cards with maps. They feature a course board, with the layout. Well kept grounds and trim the trees. Holes #3 is lined with trees to the basket. Hole #4 is a tunnel shot.

Cons:

After Hole #1, you must walk pass Hole #4 tee Box and Hole #3 basket, to get to Hole #2 Tee Box.. Hole #5 basket is to your left, not straight out, which is Hole #1 basket. Holes #8 & 9, you can not see the baskets.

Other Thoughts:

The whole park has been update. New clean restrooms. New picnic area. They added a parking area. They added a sidewalk that does not come in play.

2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Nov 5, 2010 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

Nice little course with no other people playing. Actually pretty well laid out with good use of the trees. Easy birdies and even a few eagles too!

Cons:

Pars were too high i eagled 3 holes in 2 rounds. Homemade baskets don't catch discs very well.

Other Thoughts:

Decent little course thats worth a stop for a quick round, but thats about it.

Good Layout BAD baskets 2+ years drive by

Reviewed: Played on:Oct 5, 2010 Played the course:2-4 times

Pros:

Fantastic Layout
Variation of hole lengths
Open and wooded
Not a lot of players.

Cons:

The home made baskets are warped and have few chains.
The basket for hole 2 is in the middle of the fairway of hole 9.
Some of the pars seem off and Hole 8 is missing a sign.

Other Thoughts:

Great Layout with few people playing. I was able to play 18 holes in under a hour.
The only thing holding this course back is their baskets.
