Pros:
There are two baskets in the ground.
The baskets catch well and are in good repair.
Multiuse park where you could have a BBQ and watch your kids while you throw some putts.
Some trees are nearby to add some obstacle practice.

This isn't a course.
The baskets are far enough apart that playing horseshoes would be challenging.

Other Thoughts:
Like I said. This isn't a course. It's a "practice" course. It does that. I just wish that the baskets were slightly closer to play horseshoes with. It seems like someone asked for baskets and the parks department said they could have 2. And they could put them in this little neighborhood park.
It is what it is. And it's a place that locals could go and practice. Hard to really give a rating here, but since 1.5 is "passable" and it accomplishes the job of being a "practice" course. Seems right to me.
