You can find and play a couple of holes. They give scorecards and have nice maps. The tees (if found) are clearly visible.

Mosquito's, poorly maintained course with tall grass, inaccurate maps, lack of signs, and signs can be hard to see.

Avoid this course if at all possible. Other good courses in the area.

The course makes good use of the land. There are quite a few interesting holes. These holes require some different shot shaping with a variety of right and left break holes. Most of the holes were fair in regards to what was expected off the tee though there were several instances where the underbrush from the sides of the fairway seemed to be unfair. The only hole that seemed to be unfair was hole 1 which had several downed trees across it and the line necessary with the trees downed was not overly realistic.

Elevation was used fairly well later on in the course. There were no big elevation changes but there were several holes where you got the chance to throw from higher point to basket at a lower point.

None of the holes were extremely long and all played under 300 feet in length but the length felt appropriate on the course and several of the hole even though they were under300 feet would be difficult to regularly birdie because of the creative layout and design.

There were decent tee signs on all the holes giving the distance, par, and having a fairly accurate picture map. The baskets on the course were new and were in great shape and putts generally stuck very well once they hit the chains.

There are several issues with the course. The biggest one being a lot of the underbrush has not been removed from the edges of the fairway or from the fairway itself. Now I believe in punishing a bad throw but some of these areas were not cleared of anything and were rather ridiculous if you were barely even off the fairway. There were multiple instances where a shot a foot off the fairway would run into rusty barbwire or other assorted rusty pieces of metal. This I feel is a major safety hazard.

Some of the slopes you were required to walk up to get to the next tee were incredibly steep and slippery. I almost slipped back down on the steep slope on the way to the next tee after hole 1. The only thing that saved me was a being able to grab onto a protruding root.

The tee pad were natural grass and the tee areas were in excellent shape but still is con for any course and some of the later holes the tee areas were fairly sandy and slippery. Navigation was also an issue at several points on where the next tee actually was. In addition, the final hole was a bit of a letdown and was the least creative hole on the course. It was just a straight throw across a wide-open field.

Surprisingly one of the better courses that I have played located on a k-12 school's property. The course is not of the highest quality or difficulty but it still is a fun course to play a quick round on if you are in the area. If the underbrush and rusted metal are cleaned up the course would become a great course for beginners and would present a better course for the public to play.
