Pros:
-Long course that really lets you rip your tee shots.
-Clever basket placements that require thoughtful approach and tee shots.
-Creative use of the landscape that really utilizes elevation for tee shots and basket placements.
-Located in a public park that gets regular mowing so the course always looks nice.
-Nice combination of par 3s, 4s, and 5s.
Cons:
-No permanent baskets or tee pads so you need to get a hold of Nate, the course designer, if you want to play the course.
Other Thoughts:
-Signature hole is a 290+ ft par three with the basket placed on top of a 20 ft tall WWII bunker. Any tee shot not placed right next the basket is probably going to roll 50 ft downhill and away from the basket. Definitely the most difficult hole to birdie. Even a par on this hole feels good.
