- Very beginner friendly with very little chance of lost disc. the "rough" is just long grass which has been mowed down to shin high to keep lost disc potential down. NOTE - I only visited 1x, so I am not sure if it is always mowed this well.
- Elevation is well used
- Fairways are well mowed
- Course is well marked with a simple flow. No need for a map
- Good variety of hole lengths (although Par is VERY generous - like downhill wide open 500'....par 5?).
- It is the only game in town....nearest course is over 30 miles away

- I could sum up most of the course like this....straight ahead with 0 obstacles. 3 are literally dead straight and flat. 2 dead straight and uphill. 2 dead straight and downhill. The only holes with obstacles (I mean ANY obstacle) are way too short. #7 is 150' with 135' wide open....the last 15' requires a L>R uphill shot (I just played an easy FH skip shot up the hill to park it). Even if you miss the gap or hit a tree you are looking at a 20' putt at worst. #8 is listed as 223' but is more like 150'. It is a dead straight, fairly tight fairway but just too short.
- Tees are gravel & rather uneven & small

Given the land that this is on there wasn't a ton to work with here as there is basically an open field on rolling hills with one large hedge row where 7&8 are crammed in. I would have liked to see them use the tree line next to #1 (its not in play unless you go really wide right) into play and a few more trees planted to grow into obstacles to at least attempt to protect the other baskets. Move #7 tee back further and the pin to the edge of the hedgerow to make a missed shot a longer putt.

I played this as a stretch the legs stop as I was going through the area. It is certainly not worth the trip for as there is really no challenge for even an INT DG'er.

It is, however, the only course in a long ways and is nice and beginner friendly, so it has its uses there.

Edit - after playing a few more "comparable" short niners, I've had to adjust my rating down a bit from 1.5 to 1.
