Pros:
A great course to introduce your friends to disc golf. If they take to it, they could get close to par on their first round.
It has a very nice mix of open throws and lightly wooded holes. The creek is a nice obstacle for several holes. If you throw it in, its not too difficult to fish it out.

Cons:
I think it is holes 10+11, They are placed parallel with a busy road.
Some of the baskets are places a tad snugly, but worth it to get a full 18 baskets imo.

Pros:
The course was easy to find.
New signage looks great with all the necessary info.
Clean litter-free campus.

Cons:
While I like 18-basket courses this one felt a bit cramped. Had others been playing I would have needed to pay attention to their discs in relation to me.
With school in session I can see it being difficult in a few places to be mindful of the pedestrians.

Other Thoughts:
Nice design to include the creek on several of the greens. This course could use concrete tee pads but I'm guessing this course is a work in progress, one step at a time. Concrete pads would take it to the next level I think. Overall a pleasant experience, except for loosing my favorite driver to the creek on #2 (I did get it back though).

Pros:
-Very easy to get to off the highway
-A creek runs through the course and is in play on a few holes. Really makes you think about the shot you are going to play. Make a slight mistake by "going for it" could get your disc wet.
-Pretty open, so there isn't a whole lot to stop the wind. Makes disc selection critical.

Cons:
-Very flat feeling. There is a ridge that is in play on a few holes, but not enough to really add to the course a whole lot. The most it does is make an unwanted rollaway possible, or make you think about your putt toward it a little more.
-Repetitive. Most holes can be played with a straight throw or big hyzer. A lot of holes are just wide open field shots around 300'.
-A walking/jogging/biking path goes through the course and is in play on a lot of holes.
-A lot of the holes are close together. You could hit someone on another hole if you are not paying attention. This also means that multiple basket may be visible from the tee, making navigation tricky if you haven't played the course before.
-You have to cross fairways a couple of times on the back 9 to get to the tee of the next hole. Also, hole 17's fairway is extremely close to 15's basket. 17 is also the longest hole, so discs could scream by really quick.

-Hole #2 forces you to throw over the creek. There is a pipe that you can balance yourself to walk across it on, or you can go to the right and around the creek near the basket to cross a bridge.
A couple of cinder blocks have been put in the creek to aid in crossing the creek beside the pipe. You can walk right on them easily to get across.
-The tees are natural and not marked in any way. You just tee off to the right of the post. A couple of holes have you tee off on the walking path.
I have to give this layout the same rating that I gave the original 9, a 2.5, meaning "decent". Even though there are more holes now, they don't add anything to the course in my opinion. You might actually get bored throwing the wide open shots all the time and wish the round would come to an end. Also, there are issues with holes being way too close together.
