Pros:

The course got updated and now there are 12 Tees and 12 baskets on it. The tees are concreted and there are arrows with numbers at each of them. The green is well maintained. The design is nice and does begin and end just at the parking spot. Just 2 holes with elevation changes (1 up & 1 down), and 2 mandos on the course but the OB lines (every walkway and beyond) keep it interesting. For more experienced players it might be not very challenging due to many wide open areas.

Cons:

No Teecards at the Tees and no layout plan at the course

Pros:

-Located inside a local recreation area, this course offers a more ambitious layout
(with walkways and beyond OB).
Beginners will use the short tees, while more advanced players will find longer tees on certain holes which call for more accuracy and distance.

-The flow was surprisingly good, as this course only has 6 baskets with 12 tees.

-I like the placement of the baskets, as most of them are located close/between the few trees around that park.
Additionaly i like the useage of some elevation since the only larger hill around comes in play (2x as hole, 1x as tee).

-The area is quite nice with a lake and a pond (which sadly don't come into play) and views on a large cement plant.

-Baskets are in good condition and all tees are on the regular walkways.

-The area(fairways) seemed to be maintained regularly.
Finding your disc wont be too hard, except for the thick bushes along hole #1,#7,#9 and #10.

-A kiosk with restrooms and discs for rental is right next to the course.

Cons:

-Since the course has twice as many tees than baskets, fairways cross quite often. One basket is used just once while another one is used for three holes.
Without any other players around this isn't a problem at all, but as soon as there are other ones around, you might need to wait several times.

-The park itself is used for recreation. There is a fireplace (that seemed to be used by many people) on top of the hill were basket #8/11 is placed so you might need spotters sometimes.
Spotting is also necessary on certain holes since many walking paths run along the fairways.

-You will find some nasty thick bushes along some fairways.

-Tees are not easy to find as they are just marked with orange points (spray-paint) and the long tees are not marked on the course map.

Other Thoughts:

This is a great course for beginners and advanced players.
I like the concept of having more tees than baskets when you can make some concessions.
Playing here can be fun but keep in mind that the area is quite compact and that you might have to wait for other players. At least they can help you to spot!
