Private but.... Fun course with easy to find tees and baskets. Well maintained with mowed walkways. Good elevation change the right amount of obstacles. Knee high grass made it hard to find discs. Quick course Beautiful location with grass, trees and river. Love the fireball stamped concrete tees. Baskets are in great shape and easy to find. The walk path impacts 90% of the holes.
