It can be a bit of a challenge to find the next tee box. Most signs were damaged and unreadable, and I think 18 was missing. Challenging pin locations can be in play for 3 or 4 holes, but otherwise...

A Quiet Practice Round
Uncrowded, nice area, mowed grass, nice baskets, a few trees and drainage/creek for obstacles
Every tee is from the same sidewalk, and if there were more people playing, there definitely would have been cross-traffic. Few interesting shots, narrow fairway, no elevation...
The "Hole Info" lengths are different from the lengths on the map (which match the spray paint). How do people actually play it? Is there a club that maintains it?

Great in the Offseason
Long holes, good tees, close to my house
Can get overgrown. Holes are set up around areas that can vary wildly between dry hills or swamps depending on the time of year.
