I'm too much of a Star Wars nerd to be able to do this. I am way more knowledgeable about characters personalities and traits to take the time to figure out what real people fit those characters.
Here is a better sci-fi disc golf question, how far can a disc go in space? Mine would get stuck...
hollingsheadphoto.com This is a buddy of mine in the Dayton area. He has lots more pics of disc golfers other than what is on the site. You can contact him through the site or Facebook to see if he has what you are looking for.
When I talked to Philo about my putting, he told me to make my putting line a straight line from the pole to my back foot. (which is my left as I putt right handed) This honestly helped me keep my shots on line a lot easier. If you watch McBeth, he hits his back leg on almost every putt. It is...
I have about 6 or 7 First Run Elite Pro XLs and they are by far my favorite plastic blend. They are durable and have great grip. I normally keep one in the bag for rounds that may have rain because the grip is still there even when wet.
This needs the old NFL video announcer narrating the video. Then it would actually be worth watching. I am a little saddened that I just watched it to see how bad it was. I don't want to see these videos for any sport honestly. What's next, a Behind the Music type video on the Bradley Williams...
My daughter is 2 and I looked at the Mini Buzzz and thought that it would be the perfect size to start teaching her to throw with. Proportionately it fits her hand like a normal disc would fit mine but with a little room to grow. After buying it, I gave it a test throw to see how it would fly if...
With a proper reach back, you want your back leg to support most of your weight. This allows you to shift that weight forward to the front foot to help generate power. What will is doing is getting that weight shifted back that would normally be done by the "X" portion of the run up/X-step...
I found an old TP King and called the owner. They said they dont throw that disc anymore and told me to keep it. It has been a go to for me ever since.
If you look closely at the profile, they clearly photoshopped the top of one disc on to the rim of another. There is a gap below the Parting Line. Makes me think Comet top and Stratus bottom. Though with the dome on that thing, could be a Sail top.
A Super Class round would be fun to watch. But what might be more fun is a variation of the Starter pack or Battle of the Eras. Each player gets 4 discs (driver, mid, utility and putter) in base plastics. Who ever wins the hole gets to pick what the other players throw off the tee. It would also...
I agree. I wasn't trying to make it sound like Discraft has a lot of holes. On the contrary, I feel like there line up is very solid. I through mostly Discraft/DGA. My bag consists of 2 Preds, 3 Hurricanes, 2 Flashes, Xl, X2, 2 Squalls, Talon, 2 Bangers, Zone, Buzzz OS, Comet, Wasp, and a...
Compared to Innova, my colander has less holes. But seriously, give me a chalky plastic like the Elite Pro material. Some blend that just feels right in the hand in all weather conditions. They should come out with a Stinger which would be an 8-9 speed Wasp. (aka TeeBird)
