[MVP] MVP Disc Sports (Part VI)

I haven't tried the black R2 Craves. I don't see colors well, I see a lot of gray, so I typically throw only blues & yellows, the two colors I see well. I'm afraid a black Crave would likely be a one and done for me, even in an open field.

Lol, I would have thought to use those words to describe it, but yep. You are right on your earlier post, the Servo does not solve the situation. The Servo has a stronger fade but it's still not a true 0 HSS. Like you, I occasionally find that one Crave or one Servo that when fresh won't...

[MVP] MVP Disc Sports (Part VI)

Just to be clear, what I meant by that (I can't speak for Simon), is I would love a disc just like the Crave, effortless, easy distance, not a huge fade, but with a true 0 HSS.

Sorry, I should have quoted him, I was tired and got sloppy. It was in reference to Lee's post on Simon talking about a straighter Crave

I love the Crave, but i could appreciate a straighter Crave.

    [Axiom] Rhythm

I'm not sure yet. I'm not much of a cold weather player (weak, I know, lol) waiting until it warms up a bit, hoping for like 40degrees.

I don't see the difference between the Envy and Proxy as much about power. I would actually say power is a distant 3rd in consideration. 1. I prefer Proxy because I throw Proxy lines. Rarely do I throw a big hyzer even on a short hole. I prefer to run straight at the basket or find an anny /...

I really hope Simon gets them to do a Proton Proxy. Envy is ok, but Proxy is perfect for my throwing style, I throw and putt with the Proxy, but I like the Proton plastic best by far.

Great find, I hope it's the real thing!

No, not yet, but I would like to see the Rhythm in Proton, I would buy some. And a stack of Proton Proxies

    Best color for the woods?

I struggle with Red or Green. I can be standing a foot away from a bright red disc in the fairway in an open field and not see it. For me, some pinks even are hard. To me the best hands down is yellow or blue. Specifically yellow in the star / neutron type plastic and blue in the champ /...

[MVP] MVP Disc Sports (Part VI)

Thought I might put these on here, maybe more folks read this main MVP thread than the specific disc threads. Two wishlist items for me. 1. Any idea when tempos will be more widely available? 2. Has there been any whisperings of a run of Proton Proxy (besides the watermelon & eclipse)?

    [Axiom] Rhythm

I picked up 3 SE Fission Rhythms today at a local brick & mortar. 153 flatter, 156 domey & 161 domey. The 153 has the lowest PLH. I am anxious to give them a try. The one thing that really jumped out at me is the core. All 3 have yellow cores, and this is sweet fission material. I have had...

I was hoping that might be the case.

    [Axiom] Rhythm

How are the fission Rhythms compared to the stock neutrons? I've been bagging a light (160) stock neutron that I like well, but eyeing the fission.

    [Axiom] Axiom Proxy

There were the watermelons, and some Eclipse (which I have) which I think is a type of Proton, but no regular Protons. It doesn't make sense because I think it's the same core with the envy and atom, both of which are available in Proton. I would buy a stack.

    [Axiom] Axiom Proxy

I would love to see the Proxy released in proton. I use the Proxy every round as a thrower and putter. I prefer Proton of all of their plastic. The modern grippy, slightly flexy proton.

    [Axiom] Axiom Tempo

Any word on when the Tempo might be released? I would like to try one, but not for $50. Seems like the lag time between when a disc is announced and when you can buy one for a reasonable price is measured in years. I'm still hoping to try the Cypher too... If it ever becomes reality

[MVP] MVP Disc Sports (Official Thread) (Part V)

I like the fission crave quite well, almost as much as the Proton Crave. I'm not a big arm, but after a short break in period and a rough up on the teepad, my light Fission Craves both developed quite a bit of controllable turn with a very straight forward fade. Unfortunately one of the two is...

[MVP] MVP Disc Sports (Official Thread) (Part V)

Has their been any word yet on when regular Neutron Rhythms might be available to buy? I don't care so much about the stamp. It seems like we have known this disc was coming for about 2 years and I still can't just go buy one. I figured once the deadline passed they would be for sale all over...
