Not too bad
We were only ones there on Saturday afternoon. Not foar of the freeway. Tee pads and signage we in good condition. Nice variety of holes.
9 is tucked in under tree surounded by nettles. We could not find 11? tee basket. Basket for 17 was hit by fallen tree, pole and chains...

In the pines
Nice elevation changes, pretty easy to navigate, and nice views
Lots of trees but that's to be expected.
Parking closed on the weekend, park at bottom of the hill outside of gate and short walk up hill to 1st tee.

Fun & challenging
Front nine nice warm up, mostly grass, nice distance placements, good chances for birdies. Back nine very challenging, water hazards, lots of trees, narrow lines, nice windows for up-shots, 12 & 16 I could be par 4 but locals play as 3.
Back nine a bit hard to navigate but...

Good beginner course
Good mix of long and short holes. Nice use of trees to make challenging shots. Great for date night or beginners. Easy walk. Small creek/canal snakes around to add hazard shots. All grass, bathrooms and water, BBQ grills and picnic tables.
Fairly easy course, no elevation...
