Drop zone

Hi,

I'm currently designing some holes for a course.

Does the drop zone have to be in bounds? or can a drop zone be placed out of bounds?

You can put it wherever you choose and simply call it a tiny island of in bounds if need be.

No, it doesn't have to be in bounds. The DZ is treated as a tee when you are sent to it. You can have it be OB if shots land in it.
