Maybe the basket to tee photo is pointing at the long tee which looks more like a dogleg right into the gap (meaning we aren't looking at the gap at the widest) while the short is a straight shot looking right down the tunnel from the tee.

If the distances are correct I am going RHFH Serpent from the short and RHFH Tyrant from the long, really hoping to not loose my OOP $ Driver in the raging creek.
