Par 5’s are good for the game.

When designing a multi-skill layout course, if you shoot for Par 64 Gold level course, you can develop a Red level par 68-70 within it based on how many separate shorter Red level tees are installed. When Red and Gold play from the same Gold tee, there's a good chance it will be par 4 for Red when it's par 3 for Gold.

Yes, but it's officially par 5. I wasn't going to get into how par was set because it makes little difference to how many of each per 18 holes. But, since you brought it up:
