Please help with my technique

get that first shot on a hyzer line with a touch more understable of a disc and youll be money.

shaping lines > throwing a long s-curve.
 
How far would you say that first throw was with the katana? I want to say you start your pull just a tad to early too. Maybe not though. Like he said, learn to throw that on a hyzer line and you'll be good. Getting it to flip up and go straight and shaping lines is key. Especially once you get into some wooded areas.
 
Not much of a reach back. I would like to see more hip rotation and "whip" your throwing arm more.
