Mile Lane Disc Golf is excited to announce we have scheduled our first disc golf tournament. Will be scheduled for Saturday, August 21st. This is a great opportunity for disc golfers in the Western Maryland area to get out and participate in a low-stress tournament and meet other disc golfers in our community.

The tournament will consist of a singles round that will determine the pairing for a doubles round.

The cost of the event is $20 per player.

*Singles rounds can be played from Saturday, August 14th through the AM of Saturday, August 21st
*Every player receives a new disc
*Cash prizes for singles, doubles, and overall champion
*Because of the size of course and flow of play, the tournament
will be limited to 18 players
*All levels of play are invited to sign-up
*A closest to the pin contest--prior to doubles event
Tournament Details
Singles Round can be scheduled from Saturday, August 14th through Saturday, August 21st
Doubles partners will be 1st place singles paired with last place singles, etc
Doubles tournament will be the best throw format (except the same player can only drive twice in a row)
Doubles will have a maximum of three teams per card and will start at holes 1, 3 and 5

9:00 - 9:30 Registration
9:30--11:30 Singles Rounds for those that did not play the previous week
11:30--1:00 Lunch Break--Sandwiches, chips, and water will be provided, or bring your own
1:00--1:30 Registration and doubles teams finalized
1:30--1:45 Closest to pin contest (each contest gets two throws) winner receives a disc
1:45--2:00 Player meeting and starting tee assignments
2:00--4:30 Doubles tournament
4:30 Awards
