Lil' Stubb is great lil' 9 hole compliment to the Hare's Canyon course that starts right next to the start of this one. Great warm up or cool down course for the big course, but honestly just an all around fun little ace run or putter only course.
The course plays in the same heavily wooded...

The little putter course at L.L. Stub Stewart is only 3 holes set in the woods between the east and west campgrounds. Contrary to a previous review, the course is actually located south of the "amphitheater", which is a picnic table and some chairs in an open area north of the path between the...
I had looked into that actually. We'll be playing some closer ones tomorrow before hitting Horning's hideout on Wednesday. Might do Buxton woods that day too if possible. So many courses, so little time (and energy) 😁
Day 2 down. And it was a good one. Started out with the combined 27 east/west layout at Milo from mostly the longs. A couple baskets still weren't in place yet because of BSF yesterday but regardless, Outstanding course. Loved every second of it.
Then we hit up Timber park just down the road...

Dabney State Park is home to a mostly wooded 18 holes course with some moderate elevation in play, mainly on the front nine of the course. Beautiful northwest forest surrounds you on the latter holes with a pretty extreme drop off on the left side of the last four holes.
Concrete tee pads on...
Once again, thanks for the heads up. I had looked at Hares Canyon years ago before ever considering flying out there. I think I overlooked it since it doesn't show up on the map now for whatever reason. Need to play it now. Sounds like I'll luck out like I did with the IDGC.
Appreciate the heads up. I'm thinking either Wednesday or Thursday I'll get over there so hopefully that's before they start then. I already made it a priority but now it sounds like an absolute must play.
Learning to swim will net you a new skill. You'd also save, I'd guess, around a $1000 a year in VIP Hatchets. Just remember though, skinny dipping and swimming are not the same thing. Man I hope the elementary schools by you don't have water hazards of any kind...
You know what, just stick to...
