Pros:
Beaumont has a disc golf course. Good for people nearby to take up the sport with an entry level course. If you've got an opportunity to squeeze 9 holes into a park like this, you do what you can.
Cons:
Most holes rely on a tight fairway for challenge with an OB path on one side, and a marsh with reeds on the other. Good chance discs that go into the marsh aren't recovered. When the course finally reaches some trees, there are a couple decent holes.
Other Thoughts:
There's a fundamental problem with a course that would only appeal to newbies that runs right along side a disc eating marsh. So while the only reason I might play this course again is to take my son for something easy to play while we're visiting family... I wouldn't take my son back to this course because it's too likely he'll lose a disc.
Not much to say really; locals will hopefully get some enjoyment out of this, but no one should go out of their way while travelling to play this. Not even from Leduc.
