Pros:
18 holes with a variety of baskets (a couple of Mach V and a couple of Mach 3, in fair condition). Course offers good forehand and backhand holes with multiple pin positions depending on the day. A couple of tunnel shots are mixed on what is a lightly to moderately wooded course. Tees are concrete. Some longer par four holes as well.
Cons:
Grass was high on the back end of the course (6-18), but generally the grass isn't cut that often during wet season. Course plays on part of an abandoned complex, so there are still foundations that can come into play. No course signage as of this review. Was a little confusing the first play through. Several good holes, but no real signature hole.
Other Thoughts:
K3 has a lot of potential to be just as good as its two other city park counterparts, but it just needs a little more love. I'll be back in dry season to check this out again, and I hope to give this the 3 or 3.5 it can very well attain to.
