This course has potential to be decent. Rolling hills with a few tree obstacles and a grove of pines. Problem is that, as-is, the baskets completely avoid the few obstacles that are there, except for 6 and 7. A good example is hole 1. There is a grouping of pines by the basket, but the basket sits just to the right of them in the complete open. There are similar placements on other holes.
WRT 6 and 7, there are multiple problems. First, 6's tee points at a very small gap to shoot through a tight row of pines with a clearing beyond. The basket sits in the clearing past the pines and well to the right. Problem is that 7's tee is right in between that gap in the pines and 60' from 6's basket, right in the path. Second, 7 shoots through the clearing in the opposite direction from 6, using a common fairway with 6. Oh, and then on 7 you also have to shoot through an evergreen curtain and hope you punch through.
The tee boxes are 2x4-bordered sand boxes. Large enough though, so that helped. No tee signs.
Parking is tight. 6 spots maybe?
Overall, I was underwhelmed with this one. Now, don't get me wrong, it wasn't awful, but I wouldn't recommend that you travel far to play here. I travelled 50 minutes and that was too far.
