Pros:
Variety of throws.
From low ceiling to wide open with hidden baskets.
Cons:
Risky throws that can endanger people and personal property.
Stepping on fallen and rotting fruit, flyes, and some yellow jackets.
Possibly of losing discs on various baskets.
Other Thoughts:
To the right of basket 1 is a gathering area for really non disc golfers which could come into play but fortunately there's enough trees around to not make it to much of an issue. Unfortunately, in the days that we played there baskets 1, 2, 8, 9, 10 and 11 either by the baskets or enroute to it had fruit in various amounts all over the ground. So footing was a bit off putting and rather disgusting. On the plus side even though it wasn't the best tasting fruit you could pick it at your leisure and munch while you played ha, ha.
Basket 5 is rather interesting because it's under the bridge where the creek runs. 7 and 15 are some of the biggest throws on the course with 7 being extra challenging in my opinion because of the creek and tree coverage breaking of your distance to the basket. 15 is throwing uphill, with tree coverage and poison in some areas and you know if you are throwing uphill them discs will roll!
As mentioned by another reviewer 16 and 17 are nice throws except for some issues. And quite frankly they are real issues. For 16 you essentially backhanded if you're right handed to the parking lot and have a good hyzer to get back inbounds. Great...cars do park here ya know. Fortunately when we played there were so few so we didn't hit any, but still it's not good at all. Your really need a spotter to cause there could easily be people walking around there to. When we wanted to throw on 17 people were parked right next to the basket and sitting in lounge chairs. They told my friend they could move, but you could see it would be a hassle so we just made up our own basket. 18 was fine, but I could definitely see if there are any significant amount of rain that fairway could have some flooding in portions of it.
Overall we enjoyed it playing it 2 days in a row. I recommend checking it out and playing perhaps the other courses in reasonable distance from this one.
